When can I expect my order?
Every Natalie McMillan piece is individually crafted and handmade to order. Because of this, turnaround time on each order is about 1-3 weeks. While most items are prepared to ship within 1 week of ordering, some require additional time in production.
Currently, US standard shipping can take 3-6 business days, and international shipping can take up to 3 weeks. If you need your order sooner, we recommend expedited shipping. Reach out to email@example.com for further shipping advice or region-specific estimates!
What if my product is defective?
All Natalie McMillan necklaces are made with fine chains, so please take their delicacy into consideration before wearing. If a Natalie McMillan piece is not functioning properly or arrived broken, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo or video of the issue within 10 days of arrival, and we will resolve the issue!
What if I need to return an item?
Customer satisfaction is incredibly important to me. Should you wish to return an item, please reach out at email@example.com with any inquiries of return within 10 days of the item being delivered. For unused, unopened merchandise, I offer store credit for the purchase price of the item.
I will send you a pre-paid shipping label for you to return your item with, however, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and will be deducted from your refund. Any item not in its original condition, is customized, discounted, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.
What if my jewelry isn’t the right size?
While I’m not able to exchange items directly, you can return your item for store credit to purchase a more suitable size. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any return inquiries.
